Dr. Hastings is passionate about affordable, research-based healthcare. He practices integrative medicine, which combines the best of traditional western medicine and well-researched alternative methods. He specializes in internal medicine, allergy treatment, prolotherapy, and osteopathic manipulation (similar to chiropractic treatments).

An entrepreneur at heart, Dr. Hastings pioneered one of the first Direct Primary Care (DPC) practices in the U.S. in 2008: Doctor’s Health Solution. He is now the founder of 7Health, which is a thriving DPC practice in Frisco, TX.

Dr. Hastings was named by Star Local Media as Frisco’s favorite allergist, and Family Medicine Plus was voted as one of the city’s favorite family practice clinics.

Dr. Hastings’ greatest passion is spending time with his wife and family. He enjoys composing and playing his own classical piano music, traveling, and doing humanitarian work with his family.

Yingrao “Grace” Craig has been working with Dr. Hastings since April 2019 and has been practicing in the DFW area since 2012. She has worked in neurosurgery, neurology, headache/pain management, family medicine and urgent care.

She excels in multiple specialties, including pain management. Her skills include trigger point injection for intractable pain/muscle spasm, nerve block injection for intractable headache, BOTOX injection for migraine, joint injection, trigger finger injection, plantar fascitis injection, shave biopsy, incision and drainage, cryotherapy and suturing.

Growing up in China, Grace witnessed and experienced the great healing power of natural supplements and herbs. She looks forward to integrating her Asian upbringing with Western medicine to provide the best care to her patients.

Grace speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese. She enjoys travel, cooking, reading and tennis.

Melanie Gray, DO

Certified by the Texas Medical Board and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice and Osteopathic and Manipulative Treatment

Dr. Gray had a family practice in Flower Mound, TX for five years and works on Mondays at the 7Health Frisco clinic. She also works at an integrated pain and wellness center in South Lake. 

Dr. Gray specializes in osteopathic manipulation treatments. She also has a long history with ballet and was a professional ballerina for four years with the Austin Ballet and the Texas Ballet Theater. She hopes to someday be a dance doctor for ballet dancers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Dr. Gray still continues to dance ballet, now with her daughter, and has become “a pretty avid soccer mom” for her son.

Denise De La Rosa, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner from the Texas Board of Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chatham University

With over 35 years of experience in nursing and more than 12 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Denise De La Rosa brings deep clinical knowledge and a strong passion for serving underserved communities.

She began her nursing career as a Nurse Corps Officer in the U.S. Army, gaining experience in both emergency and intensive care settings. Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, critical care, and primary care, with a strong focus on vulnerable populations.

Since 2015, she has worked in graduate nursing education and is currently the Director of Graduate Programs in Nursing Practice and an Associate Professor at Texas Wesleyan University. Her teaching and research interests include population health, obesity, spiritual and mental health, and the healthcare needs of human trafficking survivors.

She is actively involved in her community, volunteering to provide free physicals to children at Child Care Associates of Tarrant County and serving on several administrative boards.
