What is 7 Health Premium?
For those existing 7 Health members who want extra coverage, we offer 7 Health Premium, an exclusive program that covers additional screening and diagnostic lab and imaging tests, ordered by a 7 Health provider. Some exclusions apply.
In addition to your monthly 7 health membership fee, the pricing for 7 Health Premium is as follows:
- Individuals: $27 per month
- Couples: $37 per month
- Families: $47 per month
Some examples of those items covered include: Screening blood tests, blood count, metabolic profile, cholesterol, thyroid, urinalysis, testosterone. Imaging includes mammograms, basic ultrasound and CT scans, x-rays, and MRI. Call us for details.
